From Leader to Creator—With a Side of Chaos

Donna Bond is a creator — a visionary with wisdom earned from experience, and a story worth sharing. After a 25-year career as a C-level marketing executive in the hospitality industry, she made a bold pivot to build something of her own: a coaching practice rooted in transformation, purpose, and spiritual growth.

When we first connected, Donna had been growing her business for five years. She’d developed courses, lead magnets, blog posts, and a wealth of valuable content. But like many entrepreneurs, her marketing ecosystem had become a patchwork. Dead links, disconnected funnels, overlapping offers — the effort was there, but the system wasn’t.

A Book Launch in Need of a Stronger Foundation

To add to the pressure, she was preparing to publish her memoir, Original Wisdom: Harness The Power Of The Authentic You — a deeply personal book meant to guide others through their own transformation. With a major launch on the horizon, Donna knew it was time to bring order to the chaos, tighten her message, and streamline her backend so the book could reach its full potential.

Building Message with Mission in Mind

To get there, I enrolled in Donna’s signature 6-week course, Empower the Authentic You, which gave me a front-row seat to her method, her mission, and her message. That lived experience allowed us to clarify her brand language from the inside out — refining her voice, aligning her offers, and preparing her platform to grow with intention.

With the message in place, we turned our attention to how it would be delivered.

Mapping the System, One Connection at a Time

We began with a full audit of Donna’s marketing ecosystem — reviewing every platform, listing, funnel, and link. From there, we mapped her customer journey end-to-end, identifying gaps in lead capture, nurture, and conversion, as well as friction points that were costing time and momentum.

We then recommended the right tools for her stage of growth, set up a CRM, email marketing system, and course platform, and built workflows to unify it all. That included tagging logic, automations through Zapier, and a system to track and guide every step of the user experience — from first click to long-term engagement.

Gearing Up for Launch

With the message locked in, the website got a refresh, we implemented a lead management system and geared up for launch. We wrote copy for her landing page, created a book trailer, built a social campaign, and designed a PR strategy to increase visibility through speaking engagements and podcast features.

From Memoir to Movement

The book launched successfully and sparked the next evolution of Donna’s work: leading an annual women’s retreat and building a digital education platform for independent course delivery, sales, and community engagement.

We set up her platform on Thinkific, integrated it into her broader ecosystem, and built workflows to guide students from course to coaching to community.

Living the Vision
